Korean Bilingual Sales Representative

A global food distribution company in the Dallas, TX area is currently seeking a Korean Bilingual Wholesale Representative to join their organization. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer needs and build lasting relationships
  • Take orders when customer service is not available
  • Meet sales targets and goals
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Research accounts and follow through with sales leads
  • Report and provide feedback to company regarding customer issues
  • Attend sales meetings, events, and food shows
  • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory
  • Follow instructions given by management

Applicant Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak Korean and English
  • Culinary, food sales, foodservice operations, or distribution of perishable product experience preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency along with patience to build long-term relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn our inventory management system with training
  • Demonstrated success in wholesale sales (highly-valued existing relationships within the food, vendor, and/or culinary community valued)
