Job Overview

Patagon Consulting is managing the recruiting process for a multi-licensed Home Improvement Company expanding its sales operations in multiple states. We are seeking motivated, bilingual (English–Spanish) individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to succeed in sales.

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (W-9 or 1099 contract basis)
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Must complete our evaluation and training program prior to field deployment

Recruitment & Training Process:

  • Online Application & Remote Evaluation – Once you apply, our recruitment team will contact you remotely to complete the first assessment.
  • Sales Manager Interview – Candidates who qualify will be invited to a remote interview with the Sales Manager.
  • Final Selection & Paid Training – Approved candidates will be invited to our office in Tarzana, CA for a 1-week paid training program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80, $120,000.00 per year
