We are currently seeking a Director of Plant Operations who is passionate about making a difference for our Lee's Summit Community

Qualifications: 

  • Preferred one year of supervisory experience, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, managing change, promoting collaboration, and company culture 
  • Three years of experience in hospitals/institutional settings; knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs; general maintenance procedures; laundry operations and housekeeping procedures
  • High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent required
  • This role requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record as a condition of employment. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulations
  • Associates in roles requiring driving are responsible for maintaining a valid and active driver's license. Failure to maintain a valid license may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • You may be required to work outside of your regular hours depending on business needs

What you'll be doing: 

  • Responsible for all functions required to keep physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff and visitors
  • Negotiate and contract with outside vendors (as needed)

Anticipated pay range $70,000—$78,000 USD
