Medical Director of Primary Care Services

Compass Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director to lead our primary care medical services. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President/Chief Medical Officer, you will oversee and guide the delivery of primary care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in our western region.Key Responsibilities:* Supervise and Support: Provide leadership and oversight to the assigned medical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.* Policy Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of primary care policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.* Staffing Recommendations: Recommend staffing needs for primary care services and assist in the recruitment of qualified physicians and clinical staff.* Performance Evaluation: Develop and maintain job performance evaluations for medical providers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.* Technology Integration: Collaborate on medical information system needs to streamline workflows and enhance patient care delivery.* Quality Assurance: Participate in practice management reviews, patient satisfaction surveys, and address patient complaints to optimize service quality.* Community Engagement: Act as a liaison for Compass Health Network in the community, advocating for healthcare initiatives and fostering collaborative relationships.* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations governing healthcare delivery and clinical practices.Additional Information:* Location: Raymore or Clinton, MO* Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.* Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within a thriving healthcare organization.How to Apply: Join us in making a difference in healthcare delivery at Compass Health Network.
