Job Overview
- Copia Resources WA, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our Washington team. This position plays a critical role in supporting client relationships, resolving service issues, and contributing to internal sales and operational workflows.
- The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with opportunities for growth into senior account management positions.
- Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position will initially be remote. Once a dedicated office is established in the Greater Seattle Metropolitan Area, you will be expected to transition to 100% in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and service consistency
- Proactively identify and communicate upsell opportunities within assigned accounts
- Conduct occasional site visits and inspections to address service concerns or strengthen client rapport
- Coordinate with internal teams, field employees, and third-party haulers to resolve service issues (e.g., bin placement, missed pickups, schedule changes)
- Collaborate with BPO partners and internal departments to streamline service delivery and client communication
- Support client onboarding by organizing logistics and ensuring a smooth launch
- Assist Account Managers with service proposals, pricing coordination, and contract preparation
- Work closely with the sales team to gather data, prepare client recommendations, and identify opportunities for new business
- Complete assigned administrative tasks and special projects with accuracy and efficiency
- Flexibly support other regions or accounts as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of high-impact client relationship management in an office setting or inside sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Exceptional proficiency with technology, particularly a deep understanding of Mac computers, and the ability to work efficiently with software like Word, Excel, and MS Office
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as an aptitude for delivering impactful presentations to clients
- An unwavering commitment to detail and organizational excellence
- A proactive, fast-paced, and results-oriented mindset that drives continual improvement
- Must commit to working from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and must be available for work on select major holidays
- Proven ability to excel under pressure, meeting tight deadlines across multiple projects
- A willingness and capacity to travel as necessary
- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish preferred
Job Type: Full-time
