As a Regional Vice President in Texas, you will be coming in at an exciting, early phase of growing our business into a tech-forward property management service that will recreate real estate, and change the industry as we know it today. This role will differ from most operations roles. You will be partnering with our business development team to win new business. As a Regional Vice President, you will lead the charge as we launch a rapid growth initiative towards our goal of significantly expanding our Texas presence. You are a seasoned veteran in the third-party property management industry, and are passionate about serving both owners and investors. You have focused your career on developing a deep industry network in the Texas market. You are forward thinking, ambitious, and always have an edge on the competition. You will be a core contributor to our growing business as a key advisor on the technology innovations that will continue to grow our business. What you'll be doing:

  • Leading Texas operations by interfacing with property owners and developing all of our Texas based teams.
  • Acting as a key domain knowledge leader with Austin leadership team
  • Leading efforts to grow ResProp's footprint throughout Texas
  • Mentoring and develop Regional Managers

What you must have:

  • 6-15 years experience in property operations
  • Minimum 2-5 years at VP level managing regional managers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deep Texas market knowledge, specifically within the third party multifamily operations space
