Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for technology, with the ability to manage accounts effectively while driving business development initiatives. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to generate leads through various sales techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demos, to promote our offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategies that enhance lead generation and territory management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for upselling and direct sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales with a focus on B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with technology sales is preferred; experience in technical sales is a plus.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and territory management are essential.
  • Experience with CRM software is required; proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Background in business development or marketing will be advantageous.
