Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and lead generation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Perform product demos and upselling techniques to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Manage territory effectively by identifying potential customers and understanding market trends.
  • Provide technical sales support as needed, leveraging knowledge of technology products to meet client needs.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market analysis to inform management decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or retail sectors.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
  • Experience in territory management and inside/outside sales strategies is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
