Qualifications

  • Familiarity with real estate processes is an asset, but not required - quick learners welcome
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software
  • Knowledge of social media posting a plus
  • Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent email & phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization
  • Driving to various property locations may be necessary but very rare —mileage compensated

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry for property listings, client information, and maintain transaction milestones
  • Supporting the principal Broker in daily tasks
  • Optimize real estate Listings across multiple platforms
  • Respond to general inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and updating social media for property listings
  • Update property owners with listing results and marketing materials
  • Establish checklists and processes to streamline operations
  • On-the-clock training opportunities available for the various software systems being used – you would not be expected to know them all from the start.
  • Specific software to be utilized includes MRED MLS, LoopNet, CoStar, DotLoop, Crexi, Buildout, Google Suite or Microsoft Suite of products,
