Transaction Coordinator (Wholesale Real Estate) — 1099 Contractor

Pay: $250 – $500 per closed transaction (depending on deal type)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator with hands-on knowledge of wholesale real estate transactions — specifically AB-BC, Novations, and Sub-To deals.

You'll handle the full contract-to-close process, ensuring timelines, paperwork, and communications are clean, compliant, and on track. This is a remote 1099 role paid per file closed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the transaction from executed contract through closing
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, title companies, and agents to ensure smooth workflow
  • Track all contingencies, earnest money, inspection periods, and deadlines
  • Prepare and review documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Keep team members updated through each transaction milestone
  • Organize digital files and ensure all documentation is stored properly

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator in wholesale real estate (required)
  • Deep understanding of AB-BC, Novation, and Sub-To structures
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced investor environments
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet, organized systems, and ability to manage multiple files at once

Systems

We provide our own tools and transaction management systems — but if you already have an established system or process you're confident with, that's perfectly fine too.

Equipment

If you need a device or equipment to perform your work (laptop, headset, monitor, etc.), we can provide it as part of our contractor equipment program.

Compensation

This is a 1099 contractor position paid per transaction closed ($250 – $500) depending on deal type and scope. Payments are made promptly after file completion.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $3, $7,750.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
