We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about financial education and helping others. As a Financial Literacy Advocate, you'll work independently—similar to a real estate professional—helping individuals and families learn how money works and how to build financial security for their future.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with a flexible schedule and comprehensive training provided. No prior experience in finance is required.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in structured training and mentorship programs
  • Educate individuals, families, and business owners on key financial concepts
  • Help clients understand and explore options in:
  • Retirement income strategies
  • Wealth accumulation
  • College savings
  • Insurance and risk management
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team environment

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check (industry requirement)
  • Willingness to obtain state life and health insurance licensing (company-supported)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow

Compensation

  • Independent contractor position
  • Commission-based earnings — compensation is based on services rendered and client engagement
  • Opportunities for growth and ongoing residual income through client relationships
