As a
Plum POS Outside Sales Representative
, you'll use a consultative sales approach to build strong, lasting relationships with local restaurant and business owners. You'll listen first, ask smart questions, and present solutions that help owners run smoother operations, improve profitability, and deliver better guest experiences.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and canvas within the restaurant, hospitality, bar, and nightclub markets
  • Schedule discovery calls with prospective customers
  • Conduct in-person presentations, product demos, and proposals
  • Identify client needs and match them with Plum POS solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close

  • Previous B2B or restaurant/hospitality sales experience a plus

Compensation

  • Commission-based role with first-year expected earnings:
    $80,000–$125,000+
  • Monthly recurring residuals (build long-term income)
  • Optional signing bonus advance (50% of first-year profit margins)
  • Bi-weekly business expense allowance
  • Career path to full-time with benefits after hitting sales goals
