Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about digital media, branding, and community engagement. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and promoting our programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies for growth.
  • Website Development:
  • Assist in designing and updating our website using Wix templates.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly and reflects our brand identity.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create graphics, videos, and written content to promote events and programs.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop marketing materials.
  • Brand Strategy:
  • Contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and community outreach.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and marketing meetings.

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and current digital trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience or interest in video editing for Reels/TikToks or promotional content.
  • Familiarity with website design tools (preferably Wix or similar platforms).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative thinking and ability to contribute fresh ideas to campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and teamwork.
