Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required

· Ability to pass a background check

· Passionate about holistic health and wellness

· High integrity and commitment to excellence

· Flexible, organized, self-directed, able to multi-task

· Enjoys working with people and collaborating cross-functionally

· Comfortable with technology, cash collection / reconciliation, and scheduling

Responsibilities

· Promote and exemplify holistic health and wellness principles

· Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communications skills

· Provide incredible customer service and engage with clients in a professional and timely manner.

· Ensure consistent and timely open and / or close of business operations

· Manage client care coordination with the approved policies and procedures of Awaken for Wellness, balancing incoming communication, scheduling, and walk-in appointments

· Be accessible and responsive to client's needs and requests for information

· Support with facilities management

· Develop and maintain product and service expertise by staying current with our offerings

· Participate in relationship building or marketing activities sponsored by Awaken

· Attend staff meetings

· Other clerical duties as assigned

Compensation:

· Base pay: $36,000

· Year-over-year revenue share, paid out quarterly

· Commission on all product sales (optional)
