Program Operations Manager- Supported Living Agency

Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities? Are you interested in a supervisory role? Community Supports, Inc., a Supported Living Agency, seeks a Program Operations Manager.

In this position, you will assist with overseeing the managers who supervise the Direct Care Professionals who work in the homes of the individuals we support. You will experience building relationships with the individuals we support, their families, their teams, and our staff. You will play an essential role in their day-to-day life experiences.

The Program Operations Manager will assist with managing the services provided to individuals and employees. This position will be responsible for helping with the hiring, training, and supporting staff who work with individuals served. It will also oversee the monitoring of consumer finances and medication administration and ensure all medical appointments are scheduled and attended as mandated. The Program Operations Manager will participate in on-call rotation and work with and communicate with the teams involved in the consumer's life.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Supported Living philosophy and the Medicaid Waiver system.
  • Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, compliance with DODD driving requirements, reliable transportation, and proof of full liability coverage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,500.00 per year
