Join us as we continue to revolutionize how care is delivered.

Job/Role Description

As a Data Analyst at Phamily, you'll help teams turn data into decisions, without writing SQL. Leveraging Looker and spreadsheets, you'll translate complex business questions into clear, trusted insights that drive action across clinical, operational, and product teams. You'll curate dashboards and self-serve resources, document and validate metrics, and enable stakeholders to confidently explore data on their own.

This role is ideal for an analyst who enjoys storytelling with numbers, shaping business conversations, and empowering others to become more data-driven, while partnering closely with our engineering team for the heavy technical lifting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scope, prioritize, and deliver dashboards, reports, and one-pagers to answer stakeholder questions.
  • Curate and organize content in Looker: Explores, dashboards, descriptions, and table calculations.
  • Partner with Analytics Engineers to define, document, and maintain consistent metric definitions.
  • Validate and QA dashboards to ensure data accuracy and build trust with business users.

Develop lightweight guides, hold office hours, and train users to increase self-serve adoption.
  • Handle PHI with care and follow HIPAA-minded best practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
  • Experience analyzing and presenting data in Looker (consumer/creator level) and spreadsheets.
  • Strong ability to translate data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • No SQL required (engineering team owns modeling).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare metrics (engagement, operations, revenue) or basic experimentation/segmentation concepts.

Our Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Potential to earn equity based on performance
  • Remote-friendly work environment
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents at a nominal cost
  • Paid maternity leave
  • FSA and Dependent Care account options
  • 401(k) eligibility after 6 months of full-time employment
  • Collaborative, mission-driven work environment

If you take pride in delivering results, embrace challenges, and proactively seek improvement, then this is the place for you. You'll join a smart, humble, and collaborative team dedicated to improving healthcare.
