Responsibilities
- Brand & Marketing
• Support the development and implementation of the firm's brand strategy.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all materials, channels, and experiences.
• Manage the design and production of brochures, portfolios, case studies, presentations, and other
marketing collateral.
• Oversee and maintain firm collateral such as resumes, project sheets, photography, and award
submissions.
• Drive branded experiences within the office and at events that reflect the firm's culture and ethos.
- Proposal & Pursuit Management
• Lead and coordinate RFP, RFQ, and proposal efforts for public and private clients.
• Plan and facilitate kickoff and review meetings, set timelines, and guide team contributions.
• Write, edit, and organize proposal content, translating technical information into clear, client-focused
messaging.
• Maintain accurate pursuit records and manage updates in the CRM system.
- Administrative & Market Research
• Provide hands-on support for marketing and business development initiatives, including research,
coordination, and content preparation.
• Collaborate with business development teams to ensure materials, messaging, and strategy are
aligned.
• Participate in BD meetings and maintain organized pursuit and strategy tracking systems.
•
Generate reports and metrics to evaluate program and pursuit success.
Skills/Requirements of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:
• 2–5 years of experience developing proposals for architecture firm preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, especially for technical and client-focused narratives.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred but not
required.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
