As an Office Coordinator in our Richmond, VA location, you will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently and supports a positive associate experience. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and replenishing office supplies, acting as the primary liaison for vendors, and supporting operational processes. This work helps create a well-organized, fully stocked, and smoothly functioning environment that enhances daily productivity and fosters a welcoming workplace for all associates. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver by nature, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple responsibilities, and committed to ensuring the smooth functioning of office facilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid Driver's License

Essential Job Duties

The ideal candidate is capable, motivated, and willing to learn and grow as the duties evolve. As an Office Coordinator, you must be able to:

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors to keep the workspace stocked and functional.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to spot and resolve maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues.
  • Monitor building and grounds conditions; report and address concerns promptly.
  • Maintain facility records and logs with accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Support office events and special projects in partnership with the Senior Executive Assistant.
  • Ensure office and grounds are guest-ready and meet company standards at all times.
  • Maintain a consistent onsite presence to handle real-time needs and ensure smooth operations.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional hours outside of regular schedule.
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
  • Physical tasks such as moving supplies, equipment or furniture.

Location

This position will be based at the Company's Richmond, VA office location.

Compensation

Summit Human Capital is looking for a talented Office Coordinator to join the team full-time. This position pays $15.00 — $20.00 per hour.
