Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. This role supports a major internal platform rebuild focused on model risk governance. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to plan, coordinate, and deliver new internal features ensuring smooth launches and strong communication with internal user groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate go-to-market efforts for new feature rollouts
  • Ensure clear communication with internal users and stakeholders
  • Track success of releases and gather/triage user feedback (e.g., Slack monitoring)
  • Translate insights and issues into actionable updates for product & engineering teams
  • Support discovery efforts and help organize user research inputs
  • Maintain documentation and assist with reporting for leadership visibility
  • Execute basic functional testing ahead of releases (no test design required)
  • Identify blockers, propose solutions, and help drive continuous improvement
