About ProjeCS LLC:
ProjeCS LLC is a project management, engineering, and construction support company working on federal and state projects such as NAVFAC, USACE, VA, and Department of the Army. Our team of engineers and project specialists provides scheduling, BIM services, technical project administration, and business development support.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative & Business Development Intern to support our team with research, filing, administrative tasks, CRM updates, business development activities, and scheduling/interview management. This internship provides hands-on experience in project management operations and business development in the engineering and construction sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on potential project leads and opportunities
- Update and maintain HubSpot CRM records
- Assist with filing and general administrative tasks
- Register, track, and manage business development events
- Support email communications and handle confidential information
- Manage calendars, schedule interviews, and coordinate meetings
- Support project managers and business development team as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plus
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling interviews is a plus
- Professional demeanor and willingness to learn
- Prior administrative or business development experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
