Career Manager

We are looking for a career manager who has the time and experience to provide hands on management to up and coming managers in the tech space, much like an agent or talent manager would manage the career of an athlete or a band.
The optimal candidate will be able to:
Develop a strategy for the very high career goals of the individual
Search for job roles in line with the strategy in order to achieve the career goals
Actively handle logistics of the search for opportunities and the process to get in door and secure the positions.
Manage follow up after initial contact and throughout the process.
Help with negotiations and decisions.
The career manager will also be able to:
Identify and secure speaking engagements and public appearances that support the career goals.
Think about what needs to be done next for the executive's success
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on partner in the executive's career, not just someone who gives advice.
