Career & Technical Education Program Manager (Remote)

NC3 is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Program Manager with interest in the skilled technical fields to coordinate key industry partnerships and certification programs in career & technical education. As an NC3 Program Manager, you will provide excellent customer/client care and oversee program activities as the NC3 liaison to our industry partners. The NC3 Program Manager will work under the guidance and in support of the organization's Program Category Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Work with global industry partner to manage and direct program activities including certification development and deployment, customer training, and program status reporting
• Conduct regular program team meetings with internal and external teams
• Participate in onsite program events including planning meetings, customer training, and periodic site visits
• Work directly with customers and industry partner to assure overall program success, consistent program execution, and gather new ideas for improvement
• Develop and control deadlines, cross-project activities, and resource management for NC3 and the industry partner
• Provide feedback and periodic reports to management
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and program success
• Work with NC3 and industry partner marketing to promote and publicize events
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospect members/customers
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems related to program implementation

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and proactive mindset
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage projects independently
• Excellent time management and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Demonstrated skill set in managing internal and external representatives to accomplish a project
• Ability to build productive team relationships
• Periodic travel related to remote events
• Ability to work effectively from home office including computer, necessary computer applications, internet connectivity and phone service
• MS Office proficiency
• Google Workspace proficiency
• Experience in technical education and comfort in working with technical education instructors is a plus
• Previous program & project management experience is a plus
• Familiarity and/or interest in technical trades
