We're seeking an experienced
Key Account Manager – Roll Label
to join our North American commercial team. Reporting directly to the
Vice President of Sales – North America
, this high-impact role is responsible for driving
sales growth within the Roll Label segment
, leading strategic partnerships with key label converters, and delivering exceptional customer value through technical collaboration and market insight.
What You'll Do
- Lead sales development across a defined portfolio of
independent and multi-site label converters - Build and execute
strategic account plans
that deliver year-over-year growth in revenue, mix, and profitability - Partner cross-functionally with operations, product development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategy and product innovation
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing long-term customer relationships
- Act as a
strategic advisor
to key accounts, leveraging your market and product expertise to create innovative, customer-centric solutions - Provide accurate forecasting, market analysis, and business reviews to guide commercial strategy
What You'll Bring
- Minimum
5+ years of commercial experience
managing large or strategic accounts in the
adhesives, labelstock, or converting industry - Deep understanding of
pressure-sensitive materials
, roll label applications, and the converter channel - Strong analytical, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- High energy, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, global environment
