You will also be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by understanding their requirements of the AB Tasty platform and uncovering their needs for the future in the ever-changing world of website optimization.The ideal candidate will be capable of building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify the demands and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutually beneficial cooperation.Tools:Salesforce, GongCollaboration tools:Slack, Jira, Confluence, and moreTravel:Occasional travel to client sites or team-building events*YOUR MISSION*Develop relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure their continuous engagement with the AB Tasty platform (more than 2M€)Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsPropose solutions that meet the client's objectives and changing demandsEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerExpand the relationships with existing customers engaging through all possible forms of contact, from meetings to weekly callsServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and manage complaints in order to maintain trustPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metricsWhat You'll BringAt least 5+ years of experience in a sales function of B2B platforms or consulting and proven network in the Spanish market, good knowledge of digital marketingDemonstrated success negotiating complex, multi-year contracts with senior stakeholders (Directors and C‑level) at Enterprise accountsProven experience leading and managing complex Enterprise RFPs end-to-end (qualification, stakeholder orchestration, solutioning, pricing, and executive presentations) with high win ratesA consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual targets, like NRR, expansion growth via upsell/cross-sellExceptional presentation skills, outstanding and effective communication skills (oral and written) in English, Spanish and ItalianYou must have excellent negotiation techniques and you are used to dealing with decision makers, mostly Heads of Marketing and Product DepartmentsThe ability to draft clear and concise reports and presentationsExperience working with If you don't meet 100% of these qualifications, tell us why you'd still be a great fit for this role in your application*WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE*Make a real impact: directly influence our success and be a player in the company's growthOwnership & autonomy: we believe in trust - no micromanagement, just the freedom to excel and take charge of your own journeyInternational culture: collaborate with a diverse, global team across 8 countriesAccelerate your career: we offer vast opportunities for professional development, education, and upward mobilityFlexible work: enjoy a balanced work schedule, with up to 3 days of remote work per weekDETAILSContract: permanent full-timeLocation: MadridRemote: up to 3 days/weekDepartement Sales Role KAM Locations Madrid Remote status Hybrid Employment type Full-timeAbout AB TastyGood things come to those who change.
