Key Responsibilities-

· Assist Vice President with Retail and Residential Department.

· Create work orders for Commercial Department small projects (City Service) and assist Automotive Department with walk-ins.

· Assist Accounting Department with invoicing and Accounts Receivable (Collections).

· Create and maintain social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram to improve marketing and branding. Note website improvements.

· Utilize scheduling software (Google Calendar) to schedule Residential installers. Coordinate with home-owners and property managers to move projects efficiently.

· Utilize ERP system (GTS) to create quotes, order materials, and bill customers.

· Greet walk-in customers, show them to the show room area, retrieve their order, process payments, and resolve issues.

· Use several programs including Google Calendar, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Asana project management dashboards, and Canva.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent at minimum.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.

· Strong communication skills

· Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Full-time position with benefits

· Business hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
