Dream Automotive is expanding We're looking for an energetic and organized Sales Consultant Assistant to support our growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a high-energy, customer-driven dealership group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Consultants with daily customer interactions and appointment scheduling
  • Help prepare vehicles for customer delivery and ensure a world-class buying experience
  • Support showroom traffic management
  • Prepare deal folders, paperwork, and assist in coordinating test drives
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
  • Support management with daily reports, inventory checks, and vehicle postings
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

Qualifications

  • Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with computers, Google Sheets, and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced retail environment
  • Prior automotive or sales support experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
