Position Summary:

As a Floating Customer Representative, you'll work across both store locations, providing excellent service, processing loans, handling transactions, and supporting collections. This flexible role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building relationships with customers and team members alike.

We believe our Floating Customer Representatives are the heart of our business. We're looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and ready to grow with a company that values integrity and customer care.

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Closed Sundays

Incentives & Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Able to work full-time with rotating Saturdays

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience

  • Collections experience preferred

  • Background, credit, and drug screening required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service

  • Loan processing and cash handling

  • Make collection calls

  • Support store operations across both locations as a Floating Customer Representative
