Website Account + Project Specialist

HOW THIS ROLE FITS INTO THE COMPANY:
Our company provides strategy, new website builds, and ongoing website support to clients.
THE BASICS OF THE ACCOUNT + PROJECT SPECIALIST POSITION:
- You'd be overseeing technical support requests and support projects, working with other team members to allocate resources for requests.
- You'd be working with our primary project manager for large website projects to provide project management support to clients and to our team during the process.
- You'd be directly communicating with clients and helping them to clearly articulate their requests and projects. You would be communicating about timelines and costs, as well as explaining why some choices are made or not made.
- You'd be coordinating scheduling and timelines for projects.
- You'd be responsible for keeping requests/projects on schedule, on scope, and on budget.
- You'd work with our Director of Client Success & Strategy to address any escalated client issues.
- You'd be preparing regular reports and documents to help streamline processes and improve communication.
- You'd be supporting our technical team by making small content changes on websites.
This position is a part-time contractor position, expected to be 15-25 hours per week.

- Technical proficiency in WordPress and at least 2 years working with a website or marketing agency that did website projects
- Ideally, some experience with website development and/or design

- Ability to see what's missing
- Comfortable working virtually

While this position is remote, we are looking for a candidate in North America or Europe who would be available during our standard operating hours (9am-5pm EST).
