About the Role

As a Web Design Specialist at InflatableOffice, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual and functional presence of our websites and client projects. You'll be responsible for creating fresh, modern website designs and producing stunning digital visualizations that enhance user engagement and align with our brand standards.

Your role will focus on web design, image editing, and layout creation, collaborating closely with our web development team to ensure your designs are brought to life effectively. You should be comfortable transforming creative ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly web experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and update WordPress website layouts, templates, and graphics for InflatableOffice and its clients using Elementor.
  • Create visually compelling images, banners, and icons for web use.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency and responsiveness across devices.
  • Optimize web designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Maintain and improve visual standards across multiple sites and projects.
  • Work with feedback from team members and clients to refine design concepts.

Requirements

  • Strong web design skills and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Experience creating and optimizing images and layouts for websites.
  • Familiarity with modern web design trends and responsive design best practices.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Able to work 100% remotely with reliable broadband Internet suitable for videoconferencing.
  • Have a dedicated, quiet place to work.
  • Your workday overlaps EST hours.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly: $25–30/hour ($52,000–62,000 annually), depending on experience and skill.
