Dental Care Center of Illinois is seeking a positive and professional Front Desk Receptionist to add to our team The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to aide in the effective functioning of our dental office. This individual would be responsible for working with clients as they present to the clinic for appointments, verifying insurance benefits, managing accounts, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service with clients. The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent organizational skills.

Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Experience: Previous receptionist experience in the healthcare setting preferred. Previous experience with Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend systems preferred.

Knowledge: Comfort working with computers, scanners, printers, and fax machines.
