Dental Front Desk Coordinator – Restorative & TMD/Occlusion-Focused Practice

Are you an organized, compassionate professional who enjoys helping patients feel at ease? Our restorative and TMD/occlusion-focused dental practice is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming presence and communication hub of our team.

In our office, we focus on comprehensive, detail-oriented care — helping patients understand their treatment journey and restoring comfort, function, and confidence. The ideal candidate is someone who values clear communication, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment dedicated to patient-centered excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
  • Managing phone calls, scheduling, and appointment coordination for complex restorative and TMD treatments
  • Communicating clearly with patients about treatment timelines and follow-up visits
  • Verifying insurance benefits, processing claims, and managing patient accounts
  • Coordinating care and scheduling with the clinical and administrative teams
  • Maintaining an organized, calm, and welcoming front office environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical front office (restorative or specialty experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental preferred)
  • Professional, positive demeanor and ability to build patient trust
  • Interest in learning about occlusion, function, and comprehensive dental care
