All members of our ENT practice are Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Currently, Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of IL, a division of Midwest ENT Alliance, is seeking a qualified and experienced Medical front office Site lead. We are urgently hiring. Job is located in Park Ridge, IL. This position requires travelling between various locations.

Job Description:

Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists of Illinois is looking for a full-time Medical Front Office Site Lead to join our team Our ideal candidate must be willing to travel to all of our locations.

Medical Front Office Site Lead Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients
  • Entering demographic information into the computer
  • Pulling and Preparing charts
  • Answering phone calls
  • Making appointments
  • Checking patients out
  • Collecting co-payments and balances
  • Making follow-up appointments
  • Entering medical information in EMR system
  • Maintaining front office daily work and office supply inventory

Medical Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a medical office required
  • Knowledge of leading a front office is a plus
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • The candidate must be able to multitask and type a minimum of 40 wpm.
