Job Summary:

The Retail Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our coffee houses to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company standards. This position serves as a liaison between corporate teams and our coffee houses, helping to implement operational strategies, manage communications, and support coffee house performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the execution of retail initiatives, promotions, and operational processes across all coffee houses.
  • Serve as a point of contact for store teams, addressing operational inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of training materials, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor store compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Analyze store performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, HR, and IT to support retail operations.
  • Support inventory management processes, including audits, and loss prevention initiatives.
  • Maintain and update retail systems and databases including POS and Scheduling applications.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail operations or store management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with POS systems and retail analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of retail compliance and operational best practices.
  • Project coordination experience.
