Retail Security Manager – Retail Grocery Portfolio

Salary: $50,000 annually + car allowance

Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt

About the Role

We're hiring a Retail Security Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of retail grocery locations. This role is responsible for managing security teams, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations and security staff across multiple retail grocery locations.
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Recruit, train, and manage security personnel and site supervisors.
  • Build strong client partnerships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, payroll, and reporting for assigned accounts.
  • Drive performance, accountability, and professional growth across the team.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of security industry experience; 2+ years in management required.
  • Experience managing multi-site or retail security operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
