Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 2+ Months contract

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with PC Applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working within a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in providing extraordinary customer service with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to perform duties with limited direction
  • Preferred for Selection:Basic understanding of the utility industry - experience with DIS
    Client
    , Salesforce, and SAP

Responsibilities:

  • This position will provide clerical support to the Gas Operations Integration Center.
  • Timely and accurate preparation of work
  • Highly efficient team environment
  • Effective communications
  • Administrative efficiencies and improvements
  • Excellent internal and external customer service

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creation, update and execution of DIS
    Client
    and SAP orders
  • Utilization of various PC Applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • E-mail using the Lotus Notes application
  • Quality customer service
  • Preparation of correspondence
  • Cohesive team work
  • Office administration
  • Customer complaint process

Comments/Special Instructions:

will be onsite at 290 w. nationwide bv. parking is available at mcconnell garage.

Pay rate: $21.87-$24.14/hr depending on experience
