Technical LinkedIn Automation Operator

StratDev, a high-growth digital marketing agency is seeking a Technical LinkedIn Automation Operator to manage and optimize multi-account LinkedIn outreach campaigns using advanced LinkedIn automation tools like Zopto, Heyreach, and similar automation platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data-driven execution, outreach automation, and campaign optimization, helping our clients connect with key decision-makers and generate consistent, high-quality sales opportunities.

Availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours (8am–5pm, flexible 1-hour break) is required.

What You'll Own

• Configure, launch, and monitor LinkedIn outreach campaigns for multiple clients across different industries using platforms such as Zopto, Heyreach, Salesflow, or similar.
• Execute safe and compliant campaign operations following StratDev's Technical LinkedIn Outreach Operator SOP's, including connection limits, session management, and segmentation protocols.
• Build and upload targeted prospect lists from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, segmented by geography, industry, seniority, and other ICP parameters.
• Monitor dashboards daily to ensure campaign health, resolving errors, and escalating issues proactively.
• Work collaboratively with Client Success Managers and Technical Team Leads to refine copy, targeting, and overall campaign strategy for higher reply and meeting conversion rates.
• Maintain detailed logs of campaign performance, adjustments, and optimizations using Click-up, Slack, Kanban, or spreadsheet-based trackers.

• Consistent campaign health: All automation systems running error-free with optimized daily limits and segmentation accuracy.
• High-quality meetings booked: Increased acceptance and reply rates translating into booked sales meetings due to technical compliance.
• Data accuracy and compliance: No lost account sessions, restrictions, or unsafe automation behavior.
• Proactive communication: Clear daily and weekly updates on performance metrics, issues, and improvements.
• Client satisfaction: Positive feedback from managers and clients regarding execution, clarity, and reliability.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn outreach for multiple accounts through automation tools like Zopto, Heyreach, LinkedIn Helper, Dripify, Salesflow, Expandi, or similar, IDEALLY IN AN AGENCY SETTING
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including building and segmenting ICP-based prospect lists.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and troubleshoot multi-account campaigns with attention to detail, data integrity, and platform safety.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with comfort managing multiple dashboards and data points.
• Ability to follow structured SOPs while also thinking critically and independently to solve campaign issues.
• Experience using spreadsheets, task tools, or data tracking systems to log performance and lead flow.

• Understand the nuances of LinkedIn engagement, including open vs non-open profiles, and how to optimize connection strategy.

Role Details

• Schedule: Full time. PST availability (8am–5pm, with flexible 1-hour break)

• Reports To: Outbound Customer Success Manager & Lead Outbound Strategy Manager

• Compensation: Payment in USD
