About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Automation Developer (n8n | GoHighLevel | AI Systems) to join our growing technical fulfillment team.
You'll build, optimize, and maintain backend automations that connect our AI systems with clinic CRMs, calendars, and communication tools. Your work will directly power how clinics book patients.
This is a remote contractor position (part-time to start) with performance-based bonuses and clear growth potential into a full-time technical lead role.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain n8n workflows for automation of bookings, reminders, and CRM data sync
- Manage backend setup inside GoHighLevel for internal and client sub-accounts
- Create and monitor webhooks, API connections, and automations between multiple platforms
- Troubleshoot and optimize workflow reliability across live client accounts
- Configure error handling and logging to prevent missed leads or booking failures
- Collaborate with our operations and client success teams to deploy new automations efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with n8n, GoHighLevel, or similar automation tools (1+ year preferred)
- Familiar with REST APIs, JSON, and webhook integrations
- Detail-oriented and strong at debugging or optimizing logic
- Organized, proactive, and dependable communicator
- Able to work independently and manage multiple client automations
- Bonus: Experience with Twilio, ClickUp, or healthcare EHR/PMS systems, agile programming methodology

The pay for this role is hourly and based on skill, previous experience, and performance which will be evaluated for bonus opportunities. Both part-time and full-time positions are open.
