Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach efforts

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for targeted outreach
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company standards
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and delivery of services or products
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field with a focus on commission-based roles
- Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms for managing customer interactions
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships
- Strategic planning capabilities to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans
