Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach efforts
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize revenue potential
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for targeted outreach
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company standards
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and delivery of services or products

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field with a focus on commission-based roles
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms for managing customer interactions
