About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Digital Marketing Consultant
to support complex initiatives across Marketing. This role will consult with senior leadership, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver innovative marketing solutions using advanced digital content and personalization platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
content management systems, Adobe Target, personalization strategies, accessibility standards, and digital marketing technologies
.

Responsibilities

• Consult as an expert to influence and develop initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs across Marketing.
• Lead the strategy, design, and resolution of unique digital marketing challenges that require long-term, scalable, and innovative solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior client leadership on marketing technology and business solutions.
• Execute and optimize digital content across content management platforms (SDL Tridion, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager).
• Build and manage multivariant and targeted campaigns using
  Adobe Target
  or similar platforms.
• Ensure compliance with
  web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  by conducting accessibility reviews and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences.
• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years
  of experience in Marketing, E-Business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (Mobile, Web, Social Media).
• Proven ability to consult on
  large-scale, complex digital marketing initiatives
  .
• Advanced experience with
  content management platforms
  such as SDL Tridion, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and WordPress.
• Strong proficiency in
  Adobe Target
  or similar personalization/testing platforms.
• Working knowledge of
  HTML and CSS
  for troubleshooting and content customization.
• In-depth understanding of
  web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  and hands-on accessibility testing experience.
• Familiarity with
  Adobe tools
  such as Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Target, AEM, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to partner with senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and executing
  personalized customer journeys
  .
• Strong background in
  digital content strategy
  and process improvements.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

Pay Range: $68 - $72

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
