Job Description:
- Serve as a senior consultant to develop or influence high-impact business and technical initiatives within Marketing, focusing on highly complex and unique challenges.
- This role provides expert guidance to senior client leadership, drives the creation of innovative and scalable Marketing solutions, and requires strategic engagement with client personnel.
- The position leans on vision, creativity, advanced analytical skills, and experience in both digital and traditional marketing arenas to deliver long-term, organization-wide impact.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Advise on and shape critical Marketing strategies and resources for complex business and technical needs.
- Consult with client leadership and cross-functional teams to solve unique Marketing challenges using advanced analytical and strategic thinking.
- Lead or participate in the design and delivery of innovative Marketing solutions across multiple business areas.
- Provide expertise on digital content execution, technical platform optimization, and marketing technology enablement.
- Collaborate with client personnel to drive organizational objectives and ensure solution alignment with long-term business goals.
Must Have:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (Mobile or Social Media), demonstrated through work history, consulting, training, military background, or education.
- Advanced execution experience with digital content management systems such as SDL Tridion, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Target or similar platforms with strong multi-variant testing and targeted offer build skills.
- Technical skills to read and interpret HTML and CSS for content customization and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of and experience applying web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), including accessibility testing.
- Familiarity with Adobe tools such as Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), AEM, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with emerging marketing technology platforms and personalization strategies.
- Prior exposure to regulated industries or complex corporate environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional or matrixed project teams.
- Additional digital analytics or marketing automation experience.
