Business Development (BizDev)
: You collaborate cross-functionally to develop signature brand narratives that power business growth. Whether it's a 5-Day Challenge, virtual masterclass, strategic case study, or podcast series, your role is to ensure every piece is on-brand, compelling, and conversion-ready. You architect content experiences that aren't just informative; they build emotional connections that convert prospects into believers and customers into advocates.
Events:
From our flagship HighLevel Summit (1,000+ attendees) to intimate SaaSpreneur Workshops and local Hangouts, you lead the brand expression across every environment. Your team defines the look, feel, voice, and vibe — from speaker decks and swag to stage visuals and signage. Every detail reinforces who we are: bold, energetic, and radically customer-obsessed. You also advise on global activations, helping scale a consistent, high-impact experience at over 100+ annual touchpoints.
Internship Program:
You are instrumental in positioning our in-person Internship Program as an iconic entry point into the SaaS and agency world. From crafting aspirational launch campaigns and storytelling assets to ensuring consistent brand messaging across colleges and online channels, you elevate the program into a bold brand moment for next-gen talent.
What You'll Be Doing:
Architect and Execute Brand Experiences:
- Partner with the Branding team to design unified, high-impact strategies for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors across global events
- Oversee immersive in-person and virtual brand experiences that are memorable, emotionally resonant, and on-brand
- Ensure consistency in storytelling, design, and tone across all touchpoints — from swag and signage to scripts and speaker visuals
Lead High-Impact Programs & Teams:
- Lead the Events team in delivering the Annual Summit, SaaSPRENEUR events, Local Meetups, and sponsored activations
- Guide the BizDev team in executing virtual workshops, 5-Day Challenges, weekly Masterclasses, and a branded podcast
- Own the end-to-end execution of HighLevel's flagship event with 1,000+ attendees, 40+ speakers, and 30+ exhibitors
- Oversee the launch and positioning of the 8-week in-person SaaS Agency Internship Program as a premier brand and talent initiative
Drive Operational Excellence:
- Manage budgets, staffing, vendors, and logistics for all experiential programs, ensuring smooth execution at scale
- Define and optimize key metrics — including attendance, brand awareness, engagement, and trial conversion
- Ensure cross-functional alignment by collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Community teams
Act as Brand Ambassador:
- Represent HighLevel on stage or virtually as a compelling and credible voice of the brand when needed
What You'll Bring:
- Passion for crafting immersive experiences that build brand affinity and drive engagement
- Blend of creative vision and operational rigor across live and virtual activations
- Willingness to travel :30% to ensure quality execution across 10–15 global events monthly
- Proven cross-functional leadership across creative, operations, and marketing teams
- Track record of delivering events and programs that drive trials, growth, and retention
- Strong communicator with proven skills in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution
Experience/Education/Certifications Required:
- 7+ years in experiential marketing, brand strategy, or event leadership, with a track record of scaling global programs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's/MBA a plus)
- Deep expertise in experience design: content, environment, and technology
