Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Event Marketing Manager. The Senior Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing event marketing strategies, including trade shows and other events. Daily tasks include coordinating event logistics, scheduling of staff, coaching and development, collaborating with sales teams, and analyzing event metrics to ensure successful outcomes. This is a role located in Dallas, Texas but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Event Marketing and Event Planning
  • Proficiency in Event Management and Trade Shows
  • Coaching and Development of staff
  • Completing payroll on a weekly basis
  • Scheduling staff for various weekly events and retail activities
  • Ability to manager multiple offices
  • Strong Sales collaboration and support skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the home improvement or related industry is a plus
