Job Description

The Client is seeking a seasoned
Business Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
to support planning, requirements gathering, and execution of complex ERP initiatives. The BA will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT teams to define business processes, requirements, and workflow enhancements.
  • Utilize extensive experience with
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain
    and model-driven apps to validate requirements and support solution design.
  • Facilitate workflow-heavy, multi-role business processes and cross-functional approvals.
  • Support
    data mapping, migration, and integration
    efforts between multiple systems and databases.
  • Conduct
    Root Cause Analysis
    , identify system/process gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers and Power Platform teams to ensure D365 alignment and solution accuracy.
  • Perform QA testing and assist business teams during UAT.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of business and data analysis experience with a customer-focused approach.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
    projects.
  • Strong background in building and validating
    model-driven apps
    using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proven experience across full ERP lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration support, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Solid
    SQL
    and data analysis skills, including organizational data management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
