Our client, a leading financial organization, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping strategic decisions and driving business performance. About the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll combine strategic insight with quantitative analysis to tackle major business challenges. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—spanning technology, operations, marketing, and finance—to develop actionable strategies that enhance customer experiences, improve operational performance, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable recommendations backed by data.
  • Use advanced modeling and analytics to inform product development, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Partner with marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with risk management to enhance credit performance through data modeling, trend analysis, and hypothesis testing.
  • Execute projects end-to-end—from framing the problem and developing hypotheses to implementing solutions and monitoring results.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to align strategies and improve quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering).
  • Minimum
    1 year of hands-on experience
    in business or data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 1+ years
    of experience in statistical modeling, SQL querying, or market research.
  • 2+ years
    of experience in business analysis or consulting.
  • Prior experience developing analytical frameworks or predictive models to guide business strategy.
