Company Overview

Xenvo Call is a remote-based call center providing outbound and inbound sales and customer engagement services for telecom, travel, and service-based campaigns. We partner with reputable brands to deliver high-quality sales, retention, and customer support solutions through trained remote agents across the U.S. We are currently expanding our remote sales team and looking for motivated, reliable agents who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Agent, you will handle outbound and/or inbound calls to promote products or services, educate customers, and close sales. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, basic sales experience, and the ability to work independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and/or handle inbound sales calls using the provided systems

  • Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and sales processes

  • Accurately document calls, dispositions, and sales activity

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals

  • Maintain professionalism and quality standards on every call

  • Attend required virtual training and team meetings

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of call center, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Quiet, professional home workspace

  • Ability to follow scripts and compliance requirements

  • Comfortable using CRM, dialer, and communication tools

  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Technical Requirements

  • Desktop or laptop (Windows preferred)

  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone

  • Internet speed: minimum 25 Mbps download. Please note that some campaigns may require more.

  • Ability to run web-based dialer and CRM platforms

Compensation & Work Type

  • Hourly, Commission, or Hybrid pay structures available (campaign-dependent)
  • Pay starting at or above $14/hour or per-sale rates based on campaign
  • Fully remote (U.S.-based agents only)
