Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team in the Packaging Industry. As a Sales Agent, you will formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, staying ahead of market trends, and building strong relationships with key clients. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential end-customers in target industries through various means such as networking, cold calling, and following up on leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Onboard customers on the Pactap Portal.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or in a comparable capacity.
  • A profound comprehension of market dynamics, client requirements, and competitor landscapes.
  • Exceptional negotiation prowess and communication acumen.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving tangible results.
  • Educational background in packaging or related fields is highly valued.
  • Hands-on experience within the packaging industry and specialized knowledge in the paper bags segment are considered advantageous.
