Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Agent, you will make outbound calls to residential consumers to share available energy options and enroll customers into our client's services. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven sales role where your communication skills and determination directly impact your earnings.

We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and a supportive remote environment to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to residential consumers regarding available energy services.
  • Deliver clear, engaging sales presentations and overcome objections confidently.
  • Answer customer questions, build rapport, and guide callers through enrollment.
  • Track and manage sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain professionalism and provide an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Texas residency required (WFH role limited to TX only).
  • Previous call center or sales experience preferred, not required.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Competitive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a high-volume environment.
  • Must have your own computer equipment and reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work.
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday between 6:00 AM–2:30 PM PST (hours may vary based on operational needs).
  • Must meet all WFH technical requirements in order to remain remote; employees may be moved to other campaigns as needed.

Compensation

This position pays a flat hourly rate of $7.25 per hour. In addition to hourly pay, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission and be eligible for performance bonuses based on your sales results. All compensation is paid weekly.
