Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients over the phone to educate them on Medicare plans.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable coverage.
  • Assist clients throughout the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and building long-term relationships.
  • Stay current with Medicare policies and industry changes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve client outreach and experience.

Required Qualifications:

· Active Accident & Health Insurance License (required)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven and documented telesales experience and success, particularly in Medicare or health insurance.
  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
