Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in management, project management, and process improvement. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing business development efforts, and achieving profit and loss targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise team members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
  • Oversee project management initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align operational capabilities with business development goals.
  • Monitor financial performance, including profit & loss analysis, to inform decision-making processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas from team members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management or a similar leadership role within an operational environment.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable objectives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in business development with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
