As we expand into the American market, we are building a dedicated and agile team to support our growth. We're currently seeking a Store Manager who will lead our retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in our Anaheim showroom.

Position Summary

This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role ideal for a motivated and service-oriented professional. The Store Manager will oversee all daily showroom operations, manage the sales team, ensure excellent customer service standards, and maintain strong visual merchandising and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

  • Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations and a professional environment.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety regulations.

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Lead the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and design guidance to clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales follow-up with professionalism and care.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to maintain high performance standards.
  • Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor employee productivity.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Inventory & Merchandising

  • Oversee product displays, showroom layout, and promotional execution.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and product ordering.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or above; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail or showroom management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage a team.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic English communication skills required; bilingual (Spanish or Chinese) is a plus.
  • Experience in the home improvement, furniture, or luxury design industry is preferred.

Compensation

Starting at $35 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Includes a 90-day probationary period.
